I understand business deeply, and I build the tech to back it. I own customers end‑to‑end: strategy, development, analytics, customer service, ideation, what to ship next.
Data Science from IT, plus the startup world. That mix is what makes a technical GTM Engineer: data-driven by default, gut only when the data isn’t there. Based in Warsaw, I build with San Francisco startups and European companies, so I move between both markets without a handover. I run the development, handle client communication and reporting solo, and bring whatever tool fits the problem rather than a fixed stack.

Buyers asking ChatGPT, Gemini, AI Overviews and the other engines about the category were getting competitors instead. I built the AEO and SEO content engine that changed the answer.
Paid & pipeline Guidewheel
Paid search sat with an outside contractor, content was under-resourced and nothing was measured end to end. We pulled paid, content and an attributed outbound motion into one system.

Parallel outbound running next to paid creative built and tested at AI speed, with per-email attribution so we knew which line closed the deal rather than guessing.
